个人简介

南昌大学生物医学创新研究院/南昌大学第一附属医院烧伤科(江西省烧伤研究所)双聘研究员,独立PI,博士生导师。以第一作者在NatureInt J Mol Sci、Cell Physiol Biochem等国内外期刊发表论文5篇,以共同作者Nature、Nature Immunology、Nature Communications、J Invest Dermatol、Matrix Biol等杂志发表论文13篇(H-index:11);获两项发明专利。欧洲组织修复学会和欧洲呼吸学会会员; Bioengineering,IJMS, CIMB, Medicina, Dermato, Cell and developmental biology, Journal of Ovarian Research, European Journal of Medical Research, Reproductive Biology, BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth, BMC Molecular and Cell Biology等杂志审稿人。

研究方向

主要从事筋膜和细胞外基质动员在多器官系统的组织修复与再生、疤痕形成和纤维化中的作用和机制研究。主要使用小鼠皮肤损伤模型、体外3D培养以及活体成像技术、单细胞转录组学和遗传谱系追踪、消融和基因删除模型,探究筋膜在伤口无疤痕愈合、衰老和慢性不愈合伤口、器官粘连和纤维化、人工卵巢构建中的作用。结合大规模药筛实验为临床上器官纤维化、慢性不愈合伤口、增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩以及女性不孕不育的治疗打开新大门。
