个人简介

肖健,男,湖南衡阳人,主要从事胆固醇代谢与遗传性心肌病研究,以第一作者或共同第一作者身份在Nature Communications、Protein & Cell等知名国际学术刊物发表论文6篇。

研究方向

胆固醇是哺乳动物生命活动不可缺少的甾醇分子,胆固醇代谢相关蛋白长期是重大药物的开发基础和分子靶点。我们将重点研究胆固醇运输与代谢调控新机制,以期为胆固醇相关人类疾病提供治疗新策略。我们还将与临床医学展开合作研究,从人类遗传学角度对胆固醇代谢相关疾病、心肌病展开研究,开发诊疗手段、阐述发病机制以及发展治疗手段。
