The list of winners was announced straightaway at the competition venue

As the only national Class-B medical specialty competition in China, this year's event featured six disciplinary track domains—Basic Medicine, Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Interdisciplinary Studies, Preventive Medicine, and Stomatology—along with an international Belt and Road track. It attracted participation from 263 universities across ten countries, demonstrating significant influence in the field of undergraduate medical education. After rounds of campus-level preliminaries and regional semifinals, nearly 4,000 faculty and students from 820 teams, representing 201 universities (including 26 international institutions), advanced to the finals. A dedicated championship round was introduced this year, where top teams from 28 different competition venues competed head-to-head for the National Title. Each team was required to conduct on-site research design and deliver a defense within two hours based on keywords provided by the expert panel. This of course made the contest highly competitive. The team from Queen Mary School stood out due to their rigorous experimental design and international research perspective—capabilities which have been systematically cultivated through Sino-foreign cooperative education programs.
